Software Activation Policy
This policy explains when billing begins, how activation codes work, and what happens when a subscription ends.
1. Billing and activation are separate
Your subscription begins and billing starts when checkout is completed. Your activation code may be used later, but delaying activation does not delay, pause, or extend the paid subscription period.
2. Active subscription required
An activation code can be redeemed only while its associated subscription is active or within an applicable payment grace period. Codes connected to canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged-back purchases may be disabled.
3. One-device license
Each software subscription covers one Windows device at a time. Activation binds the license to that device. Contact Advanced Data Support for assistance replacing a computer or transferring an eligible license. Transfers may require verification and removal from the previous device.
4. Periodic verification
The application may periodically connect to Advanced Data Support to verify subscription status, renew a short-term license certificate, apply security updates, or confirm eligibility. Some paid functions may become unavailable when verification cannot be completed for an extended period.
5. Failed payments
We may provide a grace period of up to seven calendar days after a failed renewal payment. Access may be limited or suspended after that period. Restoring payment can restore eligibility without purchasing a new code.
6. Refunds, disputes, and misuse
A completed refund, payment reversal, or chargeback may immediately revoke the associated entitlement. Codes may also be disabled when obtained through fraud, resold without authorization, shared between devices, or used to interfere with the licensing service.
7. Help with activation
Keep your purchase email and activation code. For assistance, call (330) 282-7480 or email advanceddsinc@gmail.com.
